Dilemma, anxiety & the never ending chase

See people, I have Akhil with me who is in serious depression. The reason for his depression is his anxiety and the reason behind his anxiety is his wants to change the world today, today means today itself because if it goes tomorrow he will be late, he has a lot going on, on his mind, by his measures and by his means and by his doings he wants to make a change, the great ideas he had in mind that can change the society and its living and can impact to humankind in the best possible way, but day by day he is losing the battle in this, as he is feeling that time is passing by and his speed of doing things won't help him and I tell you he feels is getting old, that is what is making him threatened and loser. He is having a fear that either the world is moving too fast in terms of technology or related means and he will be late to let them know or is too slow to grab the things he has in his mind and to implement.

Day by day is growing old and the day before yesterday I asked him his age he was 22 years old few months I think. I feel so pity at him as I use to have some kind of thinking when I was of his age well now I am 18 months older than him. Two mature people having a world-changing dilemma.

My point in explaining all this is, the 22 years old fellow thinks he is getting old and late and he will not get or getting enough opportunities to act and he is lagging behind the world. This unsuccessfulness is making him anxious and depressed rather than being competitive and patient.

I think nobody ever told Akhil that he is just a young lad who has approx only lived his one-quarter of life and three quarters are just left behind to work on the wants and he can change the world by his idea by having some serious hard work, patience, and perseverance and meeting those right people who can guide him and support the passion, ambition, and aspiration he has. Nobody has ever told him that things change but it takes time, and while you are hard-hitting the rock by the hammer you have will someday definitely will break the rock, might be into another set of small rocks and then another set of small rocks and then just left the dust, but eventually, it will happen and keep hitting.

I tell you what might be the reason, Akhil might be socially active and he follows some superstars, he might have read some social blogs or some technical event where they are most happy & successful, donating millions of dollars or inventing the next big thing into AI or whatever, respectively and This is what making Akhil helpless that why they are doing, living and progressing so fast than me and how rich they have become to be called CEOs or the famous they have become to have to earn so much wealth, wearing some fancy suit on a fancy car and living the life they wanted happy.
Also, there might be friends of Akhil who are more successful than him or happy than him, especially on social media posting fun around or living the life in one of the coolest resorts or on the coolest countries across the world doing 'cool stuff'.
This boy Akhil is anxious, might be jealous, feeling late on everything, the desire of everything sold his patience in those e-commerce stores he is been visiting with the tempt of having those all good branded bullshits, Akhil is also a one who has maked up a piled up all for himself, and due to that weight can even jump to catch the flight.

Akhil can be anyone among you?
